자비와 사랑에 관한 내용이 담겨있는 오늘의 구절을 다루고자 한다. 신을 믿는자에게는 용서와 자비를, 잘못이나 실수를 벌하는 데 있어서도 사랑으로 이해한다는 내용인데, 구약이라 그런지 구체적인건가 싶다. 신약과 구약의 신은 다른듯 같은모습인데, 오늘의 묘사는 구약과 신약이 일치하는 선상에서 자비와 사랑으로 믿는이들을 감싸주는 신의 모습을 보여준다. 구약에 징벌자로서 신의 모습도 등장하기 떄문에, 오늘의 구절이 좀더 슴슴하게 다가온다.
