오늘의 구절도 다분히 종교적이다. 해당 구절은 수많은 증인, 그리고 우리가 지은 죄로 인해 얽혀있음에도 인내하고 정진할 것을 권하는 내용을 담고 있다. 나를 두고 하는 말이란 생각이 들기도 하다. 양심이 있는 한 우리는 죄책감을 떨쳐내기 어렵다. 그러므로 우리는 선한 행동을 통해 조금이나 나아갈 것을 권한다. 죄책감을 덜어내긴 어려워도, 내 남은 삶의 여정에서 조금이라도 누군가에게 도움이 되길 바라기에 정진할 다름이다.
